About the Event
The Viscadia Forecasting Workshop is a focused, in-person experience built for professionals who rely on forecasts to guide business decisions. Led by Viscadia’s forecasting specialists, it moves beyond theory to examine how forecasts are built, interpreted, and applied in real-world commercial scenarios.
Our workshop blends expert-led sessions with facilitated exercises, applied case discussions, and peer exchange that reflect the cross-functional reality of how forecasting operates inside organizations. With content designed for the whole team, from early-career forecasters to insights and finance partners, it’s a space to challenge assumptions, align stakeholders, and strengthen how forecasts drive outcomes.
