Background

Over the course of my career, I’ve worked across diverse industries and organizational contexts, leading initiatives in talent acquisition, talent management, leadership development, and culture transformation. I’ve played an instrumental role in building competency frameworks, streamlining performance processes, and driving organization-wide change initiatives, particularly in environments requiring scale, agility, and integration, and I received multiple related accolades at EXL, where I spent a major part of my professional life. Having worked closely with senior leadership and CXO-level executives over the last decade and a half, I’ve developed the capability to view the organization through both a macro and a micro lens, enabling me to devise people strategies that directly impact business outcomes.
