Montu’s research experience spans every stage of a product’s life, from early-stage asset assessment and launch evaluation through positioning, demand estimation and performance tracking, with physicians, patients, payers and other stakeholders. He has deep expertise in advanced quantitative methods, including choice modeling, MaxDiff and segmentation. Prior to Viscadia, he held leadership roles at ZS and Trinity Life Sciences.
