Meg is the Head of HR for the U.S. and Europe at Viscadia, where she partners closely with the India HR team to deliver a connected, global employee experience. She is also the Founder and Principal Consultant of MEL Growth Consulting, advising fast-scaling organizations on people strategy, HR technology, and developing leaders to build cultures that support sustainable growth.
