We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Executive Assistant cum Chief of Staff to support the Head of India Operations who is eager to contribute and help propel us to new heights. The individual will serve as a trusted partner to the Head of India Operations—balancing executive support, operational efficiency, and firm-wide program management to strengthen organizational impact. This is not a traditional support role; this individual will have the opportunity to assess and shape additional administrative talent needs as the organization scales.

Roles and Responsibilities

Chief of Staff and Governance

  • Partner closely with the Head of India Operations on strategic priorities, initiatives, and decision-making
  • Drive project and initiative governance—monitor progress, track milestones, and ensure timely execution of deliverables
  • Oversee compliance and corporate governance requirements, ensuring adherence to internal processes, policies, and statutory obligations
  • Act as a liaison between leadership and teams, ensuring alignment, clear communication, and stakeholder engagement
  • Proactively identify gaps, risks, and opportunities in operations and propose solutions
  • Draft, review, and manage communications, presentations, and reports on behalf of the Head of India Operations
  • Support and execute budgeting, resource allocation, and firm-wide operational efficiency initiatives

Executive Support & Coordination

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support including calendar management, scheduling, correspondence, and documentation as well as preparing expense reports
  • Plan and coordinate travel, logistics, and accommodations, ensuring efficient use of time and resources
  • Organize and manage meetings, firm-wide events, and leadership offsites, including agenda setting, minutes, and follow-ups

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred).
  • 5-8 years of progressive experience in executive assistant, operations, program management, or consulting roles.
  • Prior experience in consulting/professional services, pharma, or analytics industry preferred.
  • Strong collaboration skills with colleagues across global locations.
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
  • A proactive approach to anticipating needs and taking initiative
  • Proficient in note taking and effectively disseminate follow-up action items
  • Experience managing multiple projects concurrently and performing well under deadlines
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to draft complex emails and think on the spot
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, Outlook, collaboration tools, project management software and virtual meeting applications (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, WebEx)
  • Located within commutable distance to Gurgaon
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
