We may also combine anonymous information supplied by you and other users during registration on our site with information about your use and others’ use of our site. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. Viscadia does not sell your personal information, and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the CPRA. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request and will respond within the timeframe required by law.
Other U.S. States
Residents of other U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws (such as Virginia, Colorado, or Connecticut) may have similar rights to those described above.
If you are located in India, you have certain rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), subject to applicable law. These rights include: the right to access information about the personal data we process about you; the right to correction, completion, updating, and erasure of your personal data; the right to withdraw your consent at any time where processing is based on consent; the right to grievance redressal; and the right to nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of your death or incapacity. We will process your requests in accordance with the DPDP Act and other applicable laws.
Children’s Privacy
Viscadia Inc. is committed to protecting the privacy of minors and complying with applicable laws governing the collection and processing of children’s personal data in the United States, Switzerland, and India.
Our website and services are intended solely for business professionals and organizations operating in the life sciences and pharmaceutical industry, and are not directed at, marketed to, or designed for use by children. We do not knowingly collect, solicit, or process personal data from any individual who is considered a minor or child under applicable laws in their jurisdiction.
Our services are only available to individuals who are legally competent to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable in their jurisdiction. Individuals who are considered “incompetent to contract” under such applicable laws, including minors, are not permitted to use, access, register on, or submit any personal data through our website or services.
